REC, New JFF Kindle and MAEX, Vintage Mags

  At the Resistance Exercise Conference this March, I'll present a Table Talk on " Exercise Designs/Healthy Shoulders." Video link to come. My impression of him had a great influence on my training, my instruction, and other parts of life (although I now regard his story as a cautionary tale).
